Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for customer service.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Minimum of three years of management experience leading a team.
• Minimum of two years customer service experience in multi-family or hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally to ensure eviction processes follow policy.
• Oversee property operations to meet financial goals and standards.
• Inspect assets for curb appeal and safety.
• Coordinate repairs and upgrades to maintain property value.
• Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Lead on-site Customer Experience Team to deliver high-quality service.
• Collaborate with Marketing to support leasing and occupancy goals.
• Partner with Resident Screening and AR teams for efficient processes.
