Job summary

Harbor Group Management Company is offering a Summer 2027 Multifamily Operations Intern position at our Richardson, TX corporate office. The 10‑week internship includes hands-on exposure to analytics, energy benchmarking, and revenue management within a four‑area rotation across Operations Analytics, Utilities, Ancillary Services, and Revenue Management.

• Rising Juniors and Seniors in a 4-year accredited program with a 3.5+ GPA.
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort with data and reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytical and operational skills for multifamily real estate.
• Compile and analyze property-level performance data for portfolio reporting.
• Support development of dashboards and recurring reporting for leadership.
• Participate in ad hoc analyses to identify performance trends.
• Assist in reviewing utility billing and budget variance analyses.
• Support energy benchmarking and tracking of consumption against standards.
• Assist with revenue program analysis and market pricing reviews.
