Job summary

Harbor Group Management Company is offering a 10-week internship across U.S. locations. You’ll live in a fully furnished apartment with rent and utilities covered, and travel expenses paid for internship events at our headquarters.

Under supervision of property managers, you’ll gain hands-on experience in leasing, resident interactions, tours with prospects, and contribute to the 2027 Capstone Project. This program prioritizes growth and real-world real estate experience.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a 4-year accredited Property Management/Real Estate/Marketing program.
• 1-year customer service work experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leasing apartments, maintain a list of available units and input traffic numbers daily.
• Follow up with prospects within 24–48 hours and with same after visits.
• Assist with move-in inspections and review leasing paperwork.
• Input resident data in Yardi and process fees accurately.
• Provide courteous, professional communication with residents and staff.
