Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Managing Director to lead its Multifamily business across Nashville and select Southeast markets. This leader will drive new business growth, expand relationships with clients, and deliver financial results for the Residential portfolio.

The candidate will serve as a senior client and market leader, combining business development, P&L ownership, and team leadership with cross-functional partnership. 10+ years in leadership and property management is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Property Management experience.
• 10+ years of Management experience.
• CPM and/or RPA comparable experience in a Senior Leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Create value through new business growth in Residential Portfolios and expand service lines.
• Develop and implement marketing plans for Residential Portfolios.
• Lead proposals for new business and maximize success rate.
• Deliver monthly financial reports and manage budgets across properties.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and SOC controls and monitor expenditures.
