Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Managing Director, Carolinas to lead its Multifamily portfolio. The role drives new business growth, expands client relationships, and delivers financial results across Residential assets.

The leader will oversee strategy, operations, and cross-functional partnerships to meet or exceed client goals in the Carolinas. Essential duties include developing marketing plans, negotiating management agreements, and ensuring SOC-compliant controls and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• 10+ years of property management experience.
• CPM and/or RPA comparable senior leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow Cushman & Wakefield’s Multifamily business in the Carolinas with P&L ownership.
• Develop and implement marketing plans; pursue new business and cross-sell services.
• Negotiate property management agreements and ensure contract compliance.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgets, and monthly variances; deliver results.
• Build and maintain executive-level client relationships across multiple markets.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and operations to optimize performance.
