Independence Realty Trust is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution for our apartment community portfolio. Drive campaigns, guide on-site teams, and analyze performance to boost leads and leases while leveraging AI tools for improved outputs.

This hands-on role requires the ability to conceptualize and execute campaigns in the field, review ROI, and implement data-informed improvements. Multifamily marketing experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience in multifamily real estate.
• Experience with renovation projects and repositioning of a property is highly preferred.
• Disciplined and process-driven with strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute community marketing strategies and campaigns across assigned markets.
• Manage budgets and measure lead generation, conversion, and ROI.
• Travel to markets to build local renter insights and optimize messaging.
• Collaborate with Renovation/Value-Add and Digital Marketing teams to align campaigns and events.
