Ashford Communities seeks a Director of Marketing to lead the Texas multifamily portfolio, shaping strategy, demand generation, digital channels, ILS, referrals, and reputation management. You’ll own marketing planning, budgets, performance dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration with operations and leadership.

You will mentor a marketing team, drive data-driven decisions, and elevate each community’s positioning while ensuring brand consistency and compliant communications across markets.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of progressive marketing experience in multifamily housing or portfolio management.
• Strong data analysis, attribution, budgeting, forecasting, and ROI evaluation.
• Experience owning budgets, agencies, digital platforms, and ILS programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio-wide marketing strategy and demand generation across Texas portfolios.
• Oversee digital marketing, paid media, ILS, and property websites with brand consistency.
• Build measurement reporting linking spend to qualified inquiries and new resident acquisition.
• Coach and develop marketing team; manage budgets and vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing and advertising standards.
