You will lead portfolio-wide marketing strategy, demand generation, digital channels, ILS, and reputation management, coordinating with Operations and leadership to drive occupancy and elevated resident experiences.

The role emphasizes analytics, budget ownership, and developing a high-performing team while maintaining brand standards across communities in Texas.

Qualifications

• Advanced multifamily digital marketing, ILS management, SEO/SEM, paid media, and online reputation expertise.
• Strong data analysis, attribution, budgeting, forecasting, and marketing ROI evaluation.
• Ability to translate property and submarket conditions into practical marketing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly property-level marketing plans aligned with occupancy needs, market conditions, resident profiles, and community positioning.
• Own digital marketing, search, paid media, social channels, ILS, property websites, online listings, and campaign execution; maintain brand consistency.
• Build marketing attribution and reporting that connects spend to inquiries, applications, and new resident acquisition.
