JP Management LLC is seeking a highly organized, hands-on Live-In Maintenance Supervisor for Hackensack, NJ. The role combines renovations, unit turns, and field coordination, requiring active hands-on work and timely execution.

You will manage electric/plumbing tasks, coordinate vendors, and supervise on-site operations to ensure turns are completed, rent-ready, and aligned with leasing timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily maintenance and turn activities.
• Strong electrical and plumbing skills are required.
• Experience coordinating apartment renovations and turns.
• Excellent organization and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously.
• Mechanical aptitude with vehicles and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and own tools are required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsabilités

• Perform electrical tasks: switches, outlets, light fixtures, detectors; troubleshoot as needed.
• Carry out plumbing work: faucets, shut-offs, toilets, leak repair.
• Install fixtures: vanities, cabinets, hardware, appliances.
• Install and adjust door hardware; drywall patching and caulking.
• Complete punch lists and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Oversee renovation scopes and schedule painters, flooring, cleaners.
• Order, log, and store renovation materials; maintain inventory.
• Inspect units; ensure turnover deadlines and rent-readiness.
• Coordinate inspections and leasing timelines; support on-site turnover.
