Job summary

ACC Management Group is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to provide maintenance support for two properties in Kenosha, Wisconsin. You will handle routine repairs, property upkeep, and maintenance requests, ensuring a high standard of service for residents and properties.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multi-family communities, and can work independently with safety and quality in mind.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience required.
• Multi-family property maintenance experience preferred.
• Physically able to inspect the properties and perform repairs.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor interior and exterior for maintenance issues and perform inspections.
• Maintain and organize tools and equipment; keep area clean.
• Electrical: replace outlets, switches, fixtures, and breakers.
• Plumbing: repair faucets, re-piping, toilets, sinks, and unclog drains.
• Heating and cooling: basic repairs and filter maintenance.
• Groundskeeping and general repairs as needed.
• Assist with cleaning and janitorial requests and paint units as required.
• Repair and replace windows, locks, and appliances.
• Maintain logs for trash pickup and snow removal; ensure timeliness and billing accuracy.
