Job summary
OCF Realty in Philadelphia is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our property management portfolio. You will perform hands-on maintenance and repairs across multiple trades, respond to emergency requests, and ensure accurate documentation in AppFolio.
This role requires a valid driver's license, a high school diploma, at least two years of experience, and strong communication with tenants. Competitive benefits include PTO, medical and dental insurance, and 401k matching.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in property maintenance or related field.
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
- Proficient with computer-based work orders and billing.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs across trades.
- Respond to emergency work orders.
- Log completed work and track billable hours in AppFolio.
- Maintain clean, safe building conditions and unit turnovers.
- Travel to properties across Philadelphia area for service.
- Collaborate with managers to prioritize tasks.
- Provide professional communication with tenants.
- Handle after-hours emergency service requests.
