AIR Communities is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for SW Apartments in Las Vegas, NV. You’ll apply your trade skills to diagnose and repair issues, execute apartment turns, and provide top-tier resident service in a fast-paced community environment.

Rewards include a pay rate of $22 per hour with a 15% target bonus, monthly resident-service bonuses up to $250, 50% rent discount, and opportunities for training and career advancement within AIR Communities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily housing, facilities maintenance, commercial properties, hospitality, or related environments.
• Hands-on experience in at least two skilled trades (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, carpentry).
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities with a focus on safety and quality.
• Flexibility to support community needs, including evenings, weekends, rotating on-call shifts, and seasonal demands.
• Reliable transportation to respond to on-call emergencies.
• Ability to perform physical work safely, including moving equipment and materials.
• Effective communication in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and team members.
• Complete apartment turns to create an exceptional move-in experience for new residents.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and general maintenance issues with strong troubleshooting.
• Respond to service requests efficiently while delivering high-quality workmanship and service.
• Perform preventative maintenance and support community upkeep.
• Assist with move-in and move-out inspections.
• Support vendors and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule to address emergency maintenance needs.
