Job summary

Maintenance Technicians support day-to-day property operations, including turns and routine repairs, to keep residents comfortable and satisfied.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in at least two technical trades (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, carpentry).
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to lift heavy equipment.
• Read/write/speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist teammates.
• Complete basic apartment turns to ready units for next move-in.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
• Provide training or guidance to other maintenance technicians as needed.
• Assist with vendor management and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Adapt tasks based on community needs, systems, and seasonal demands.
