The role requires hands-on skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to respond to emergencies after hours. Compensation is $18.00–$21.00 per hour, with benefits including health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years related maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and positive communications with residents, vendors, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform apartment maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, appliances, AC).
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and assist with turnovers.
• Participate in community maintenance, preventative tasks, and service requests.
