Job summary

11Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support Parkview and Cedarwood Apartments in Wenatchee, WA. You will perform general maintenance, respond to service requests, complete make-readies for vacant units, and help maintain property appearance to meeting quality standards.

This role requires 1+ year of maintenance experience, access to on-site work, a HS diploma, a valid driver's license, and strong customer service abilities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in property maintenance or related field.
• Multi-family property management experience preferred.
• Familiarity with HappyCo or similar software is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks, respond to service requests, and complete make-readies.
• Ensure property curb appeal and ready units to meet leasing demand.
• Troubleshoot and repair major and minor systems.
• Communicate with on-site team and update work orders.
• On-call for emergencies and support other properties as needed.
