CONAM Management Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician for View 32 in Phoenix, AZ. You will join a property maintenance team responsible for upkeep, repairs, and turnovers to ensure move-in readiness and curb appeal for a multi-family community.

The role requires 1–2 years of apartment maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work with residents, vendors, and team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in apartment maintenance or equivalent.
• Proficient in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and carpentry.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and on‑call rotation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Address resident service requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee turnovers and prepare units for new residents.
• Maintain curb appeal through landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Collaborate with technicians, contractors, and management.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Ensure safety regulations and standards are followed.
• Other duties as required.
