Job summary

Monroe Group LTD is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Fort Worth, TX to maintain the physical condition of our properties, perform inspections, and supervise contractors while ensuring safety and quality within budget. The role covers interior and exterior upkeep and makes sure residents experience clean, well-maintained housing.

Eligible applicants have 1+ year in apartment/multi-family maintenance, strong HVAC/electrical/plumbing skills, and solid English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in Apartment/multi-family maintenance and knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• English language proficiency (read, speak and write) and ability to pass a full background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training and licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances and exterior structures.
• Conduct property and unit inspections and maintain curb appeal and cleanliness.
• Schedule and maintain Make-Ready Board and manage materials within budget.
• Oversee outside contracts and vendors; ensure Safe, Decent, and Sanitary housing.
