Job summary

Qualifications

• Self-starter with ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and car registration if driving for business purposes.
• Ability to be on-call and on the property on short notice when needed.
• HVAC certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and repairs of buildings and mechanical equipment.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and daily work orders.
• Prepare vacant units for new tenants in a timely manner.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance across the property.
