Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, college degree is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s license is mandatory.
• EPA HVAC certification preferred.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Maintaining property grounds and common areas.
• Providing a parts and material list weekly.
• Assisting in coverage of emergency calls.
• Adhering to all safety policies and procedures.

Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
