Job summary

Brothers Property Management is seeking a versatile Maintenance Technician to perform routine, emergency, and preventive tasks across our apartment communities in Colorado. You will maintain interiors, exteriors, and grounds, coordinating with the Maintenance Director and Community Manager for bids and scheduling.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of maintenance experience; a Colorado driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of two years of maintenance-related experience.
• Colorado driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
• Experience in a rental community is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, emergency, and preventive maintenance across apartment communities.
• Maintain interiors, common areas, exteriors, and property grounds.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Director, Lead Tech, and Community Manager for bids and scheduling.
• Order supplies and manage inventory for maintenance needs.
• Be on-call as per company policy; respond within 20–30 minutes to emergencies.
• Travel between properties as assigned; perform other duties as needed.
