Job summary
Brothers Property Management in Edgewater, CO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and cleaning tasks across multiple rental properties. This full-time role requires on-call availability and local travel between properties.
The job includes grounds, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting duties, plus inspections to keep properties compliant and ready for inspections. A Colorado driver’s license is required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years maintenance-related experience.
- Experience in a rental community is preferred.
- Must hold a valid Colorado driver’s license, insurance, and have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine, emergency, and preventive maintenance for apartment communities.
- Maintain interior, common areas, exterior, and grounds.
- Coordinate bids and schedule work with Maintenance Director and Community Manager.
- Order supplies and track inventory; follow budget guidelines.
- Inspect apartments and common areas; ensure readiness for regulatory inspections.
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies within 20–30 minutes.
