Job summary

Thompson Thrift is seeking a Maintenance Technician at The Junction at Rockledge in Florida. You will perform routine maintenance, respond to service requests, and assist with turnovers to keep units ready and communities safe for residents.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of property maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to handle physical tasks. On-call rotations and safety responsibilities are a part of the role.

Qualifications

• 1 year of property maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for on-call emergencies.
• Must meet physical requirements: frequent lifting 50–80 lbs, occasional up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests promptly and document work performed.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances and carpentry issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist with make-readies and turnovers.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas and follow safety guidelines.
• Assist with vendor coordination and communicate updates to leadership.
