Job summary

The Junction at Rockledge by Thompson Thrift is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Rockledge, Florida. This role supports daily multifamily operations, driving strong financial performance, leasing success, and resident satisfaction in alignment with Thompson Thrift’s standards.

You will partner with the Community Manager to manage rent collections, resident records, leasing performance, and on-site processes, ensuring efficient operations and a high-quality resident experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of on-site leasing experience preferred.
• Experience in property management, business operations, or Class A/luxury communities preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Must meet physical requirements: lift 10–25 lbs, occasional 40 lbs; able to work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist leasing performance with follow-up, applications, and renewals.
• Monitor leasing activity, traffic, and conversion trends to support occupancy goals.
• Oversee rent collections and delinquency management per policies.
• Maintain accurate resident ledgers with payments/adjustments.
• Prepare daily deposits and support financial reporting.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs and associated inspections for accuracy.
• Provide on-site operational support to leasing team and during peak periods.
• Support resident communications and resolve escalated concerns.
• Organize resident engagement activities to support retention and satisfaction.
• Monitor service requests and ensure timely follow-up with maintenance.
• Maintain community standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
