Job summary

EMBREY is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in San Antonio, TX to oversee maintenance operations, supervise staff, manage budgets, and improve workflows. The role requires hands-on expertise and a track record in property maintenance with vendor management and scheduling responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Property Maintenance.
• Three years’ experience as a Manager/Supervisor.
• HVAC certified is required.
• Pool certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance within the maintenance team.
• Improve processes and find efficiencies in workflow.
• Troubleshoot and implement cost-saving techniques and recommend improvements.
• Lead in the management, training and retention of quality employees.
• Consistently review pending work orders and allocate the map appropriately.
• Maintain monthly and yearly budget overages.
• Facilitate property maintenance issues, including scheduling regular maintenance and repair, negotiating contracts with vendors and conducting property inspections.
• Review turns and make-readys schedule and delegate work to proper work groups.
