Job summary

SunRidge Management Group seeks a Maintenance Technician – Multifamily to perform routine and preventative maintenance on residential units and common areas, ensuring safety and a high standard of living for residents. The role collaborates with the Property Manager to prep vacants and meet market-ready standards.

The position requires HVAC knowledge, basic plumbing/electrical skills, and a willingness to work on-call with occasional weekend needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment or facilities maintenance.
• HVAC Certification required.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general repair.
• Ability to diagnose and repair independently.
• Team player with ability to follow directions.
• On-call rotation availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on residential units and common areas.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and general building systems.
• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance.
