Job summary

SunRidge Management Group INC is seeking a Maintenance Technician – Multifamily to maintain the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of apartment communities. This on-site role collaborates with the Property Manager and Lead Maintenance Technician to handle service requests and keep residents satisfied.

The ideal candidate has apartment maintenance experience, basic plumbing/electrical/HVAC knowledge, and the ability to work on-call and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance or facilities maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair work.
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on residential units and common areas.
• Diagnose and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and general building systems.
• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance.
