Roundhouse is hiring a Maintenance Technician at Rafter in Minneapolis, MN. You’ll handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and pool systems, keeping the property in top shape for residents who call it home. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of general maintenance and repair experience.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool and spa systems.
• Respond quickly to work orders and see each one through to a high-quality finish.
• Walk the property to catch issues early and keep it compliant with safety and health codes.
• Keep grounds, buildings, and common areas clean and functional.
