Roundhouse is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Corso / Ashlyn Place Apartments in Missoula, MT. You will perform hands-on repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and pool systems, ensuring a safe, well-maintained living environment for residents.

The role includes a zero-cost employee medical plan, a 401(k) match, and an employee housing discount, with on-site hours Monday–Friday and some on-call rotation.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of general maintenance and repair experience.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, CPO, and carpentry systems.
• Strong communication skills and a real customer-service mindset.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Mansioni

• Complete repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool and spa systems.
• Respond quickly to work orders and finish each with high quality.
• Walk the property to catch issues early and maintain safety codes.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and functional.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor on priorities and purchases.
• Log work orders and materials in maintenance software.
• Take turns in after-hours on-call and assist with snow removal.
