Job summary

Valid8 Financial, Inc. is looking for a Service Technician for their Louisville, Kentucky location. In this hands-on role, you'll execute work orders, assist with preventive maintenance, and ensure properties meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience in multifamily, facilities, or construction is preferred.
• Working knowledge across at least two trade areas: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.
• EPA 608 certification is preferred.
• OSHA safety awareness expected.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs correctly and document work in Entrata.
• Execute assigned turn tasks (painting, repairs, etc.) with quality.
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks and document completion.
• Address minor grounds issues and assist with common area upkeep.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond urgently to calls.
