• Maintain physical condition of the property according to standards.
• Complete service requests and document work performed.

Skills

Clear and effective communication skills

Knowledge of safety procedures

Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Demonstrated ability to access computer programs

Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
