Job summary

CRMG is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Pioneer Ridge Apartments in Oregon City, OR. You will perform daily upkeep, repairs, and maintenance across buildings and amenities including landscaping, pool, and common areas.

This full-time role requires ability to follow instructions, manage work orders with technology, lift up to 75 pounds, and work both independently and with a team. Competitive hourly pay and benefits package included.

Qualifications

• One year in Maintenance Tech I or two years of maintenance experience, preferably in property management.
• Pool maintenance experience is required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and operate equipment safely.
• Must possess a current driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily upkeep and cleanliness of buildings, landscaping, amenities, parking lot, and trash areas.
• Complete repairs across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance systems.
• Manage work orders using technology; follow safety and landlord/tenant laws.
