Job summary

Investment Property Group seeks a dedicated Maintenance Technician for Woodcreek Apartments, a 70-unit community in Fairview, OR. You will perform technical and mechanical work to maintain buildings, grounds, and common areas to high standards, ensuring safety and cleanliness.

The role requires 1+ year experience in multifamily maintenance, ability to respond to after-hours emergencies, and hands-on skills in plumbing/HVAC/appliances. On-call rotation and a Tuesday-Saturday schedule are included.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience as a Maintenance Technician at a multifamily community of 100+ units.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies and participate in on-call rotation.
• Experience with plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs (stoves, refrigerators, washer, dryers).
• Own hand tools and knowledge of safe tool use.

Responsibilities

• Represent IPG in a positive and professional manner at all times.
• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance after diagnosing defects.
• Manage inventory and coordinate with maintenance supervisor on re-orders.
• Perform general community maintenance to meet safety and quality standards.
• Support resident relations with fair, consistent communication.
