Job summary

Rivergreens Apartments is seeking a Property Maintenance Associate for CSM Corporation in Gladstone, OR. You will maintain grounds, buildings, and equipment to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

This full-time, on-site role requires 1+ year of residential or hospitality experience, a High School diploma (CPO preferred for pools), a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to safety, preventive maintenance, and courteous resident service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; CPO Certification preferred for pools.
• 1+ year of residential or hospitality experience.
• Current and valid driver's license with safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Grounds maintenance and exterior upkeep of the community.
• Perform light maintenance and service requests in units and common areas.
• Monitor inventory and assist with cost controls and supplies.
• Provide courteous resident service and communicate professionally.
• Conduct safety inspections and follow emergency procedures.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize daily tasks; adhere to policies.
