Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to operate across multiple trades, completing service requests, preventative maintenance, and full turns with independence. The role supports high operational standards across multifamily properties.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in maintenance, strong HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, and knowledge of appliances. A high school diploma or GED is required, with EPA/CPO certifications preferred where applicable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years maintenance experience (multifamily preferred).
• Intermediate-level skills across multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
• Working knowledge of appliances.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Independently complete service requests and make-ready turns.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and building inspections.
• Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
