Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Technician II in Los Angeles to perform service requests, preventative maintenance, and full turns across multiple trades. The role requires diagnosing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues, with independent work and on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years maintenance experience, multifamily preferred.
• Intermediate multi-trade skills across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.
• Working knowledge of appliances.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Independently complete service requests and make-ready turns.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and building inspections.
• Participate in move-in/move-out inspections.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization.
• Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
