Job summary

American Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician I or II for Morada Crossing in Stockton, CA. This on-site role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with potential extra hours.

You will assist with turnovers, maintain common areas, and ensure safety, while providing excellent resident service and following policies. Required are 2+ years in maintenance, tools, and a strong work ethic; HVAC/CPO certifications are preferred, as is a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily or hotel maintenance experience within the last 10 years.
• Experience with unit turnover from start to finish.
• Own basic hand tools; company provides power tools.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license; HVAC/CPO certifications preferred.
• High school diploma or GED; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in getting units rent ready.
• Abide by safety requirements at all times.
• Maintain grounds and common areas daily per standards.
• Paint and clean as needed to ensure timely turnover.
• Ensure equipment is serviced regularly for safe operation.
• On-call for emergencies or snow removal; respond as needed.
• Clean units when required; support team with tasks.
