Job summary

USA Multifamily Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a brand new 345 Unit Family community in Sacramento, CA. The Maintenance Technician will report to the Community Manager.

This non-exempt role is on a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call flexibility and a starting hourly salary of $27–$29; on-site housing may be available at a discounted rate. The position involves ensuring major repairs are addressed, performing routine maintenance, and supporting property operations with

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in maintenance.
• Proficiency with plumbing and electrical repairs is preferred.
• Computer skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and minor maintenance tasks and report major repairs to Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Carry out periodic property walks and apartment inspections.
• Maintain safety standards and comply with Fair Housing, ADA, and other regulations.
