Job summary

Venterra Realty is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Delta Pearland. You will support daily maintenance operations, handle repairs and preventative tasks, and help lead the maintenance team to keep apartments move-in ready.

Responsibilities include handling work orders, performing HVAC/electrical/plumbing repairs, and conducting routine inspections to ensure safety and quality. On-call rotation and strong teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in multifamily property maintenance or facilities management.
• HVAC certification required; CPO certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders promptly with quality service and respect for 24/48 hour guarantees.
• Perform maintenance and repairs including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances, and exterior structures.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to keep equipment and common areas in top condition.
• Assist the Maintenance Manager in daily operations.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents by completing repairs and ensuring all features work as part of TQMR.
• Work independently while following company standards and maintaining resident satisfaction.
• Provide emergency and on-call maintenance support as needed.
• Support the team with other duties to maintain resident satisfaction and property standards.
