Lynd Management Group is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs across a multifamily property in Houston, TX. The role emphasizes hands‑on problem solving and timely service to residents.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of maintenance experience, general knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and strong customer service skills. A bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate is a plus, with opportunities for training and growth within Lynd.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge and preventive maintenance experience.
• General knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.
• Ability to operate standard maintenance tools safely.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders on time.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems and perform preventive maintenance.
• Repair plumbing leaks and unclog drains as needed.
• Perform minor electrical repairs and replace light fixtures.
• Repair appliances, locks, cabinets, walls, and flooring.
• Inspect vacant apartments and ensure readiness for move‑in.
• Maintain pools, equipment, grounds, and common areas.
• Document service records and report major issues to supervisor.
