Job summary

Village Green is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service our multifamily properties. You will handle work orders, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance repairs while delivering friendly, customer-focused service.

Requirements include 1–3 years in hotel or multifamily housing, strong customer service and computer skills, and experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and painting. On-call and weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in hotel industry or multifamily housing.
• Excellent customer service skills and general computer knowledge.
• Strong experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and painting.

Responsibilities

• Timely completion of work orders and special projects.
• HVAC knowledge and service.
• Completion of plumbing and electrical service requests.
• Apartment turns, including related maintenance tasks.
• Plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance repairs.
• Servicing residents in a friendly, customer-service oriented manner.
• Responds to on-call emergencies as directed by Property/Service Manager.
• Maintain exterior of the property for curb appeal; snow removal during winter.
