Job summary

Village Green has an immediate Maintenance Technician position available. The role handles timely completion of work orders, HVAC, plumbing, electrical services, and apartment turns to maintain property operations. On-site work requires customer-focused service and the ability to respond to on-call emergencies; weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in hotel industry or multifamily housing preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and general computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Timely completion of work orders and special projects.
• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, electrical service requests.
• Completion of apartment turns and related tasks.
• Diagnose problems and repair in electrical and plumbing areas.
• Assist with exterior maintenance and curb appeal; snow removal as needed.
• Perform pool/spa maintenance where applicable.
