Job summary

Advanced Asset Management (AAM) is seeking a Service Technician to support daily maintenance at a multifamily community. This role ensures apartments and common areas are safe, functional, and well maintained while delivering excellent resident service.

Key responsibilities include completing work orders, performing turns and preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general carpentry.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of multifamily or residential maintenance experience.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances knowledge.
• EPA certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform apartment turns, make-ready work, and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry.
• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of buildings and common areas.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as scheduled.
• Follow AAM safety standards, policies, and Fair Housing requirements.
• Communicate effectively with residents and the on-site team.
