Job summary

Village Green has an immediate Maintenance Technician position available. This role involves timely completion of work orders, HVAC, plumbing, electrical service requests, and apartment turns, among other duties.

Responsibilities include servicing residents in a friendly, customer-service oriented manner, diagnosing problems, and completing on-call emergencies as directed by the Property Manager and Service Manager. Maintenance of exterior areas and occasional snow removal are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience in hotel industry or multifamily housing preferred.
• Strong experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and painting.

Responsibilities

• Timely completion of work orders and special projects.
• Responds to service requests and on-call emergencies as directed.
• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, painting, and appliance repair/replacement.
• Servicing residents in a friendly, customer service-oriented manner.
• Assists in maintaining property exterior for curb appeal.
• Housekeeping duties and snow removal in winter months.
• Maintenance of pools, spas, and pool areas if applicable.
