Job summary

Village Green is seeking an immediate Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will handle work orders, assist with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance tasks, and help prep apartment turns.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in the hotel industry or multifamily housing preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and general computer knowledge.
• Candidate should have strong experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and painting.
• Plumbing, contracting, and builders' certifications and licenses are a plus!
• Availability for on-call purposes and the flexibility and ability to work weekends when necessary!

Responsibilities

• Timely completion of work orders and special projects.
• Knowledge in HVAC.
• Completion of plumbing and electrical service requests.
• Completion of apartment turns, including plumbing/electrical tasks, drywall, and painting.
• Servicing residents in a friendly, customer service-oriented manner.
• Responds to on-call emergencies as directed by the Property Manager and Service Manager.
• Maintains exterior of the property for curb appeal; performs housekeeping and snow removal when needed.
• Maintains pools, spas, and pool areas if applicable.
