Job summary

Envolve Client Services Group is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician to work at Grande Oak Apartments in Williamsburg, VA. The role focuses on repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of apartment equipment and building systems, with responsibilities including HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance servicing.

Applicants should have two years of maintenance experience or equivalent, with preferred HVAC/EPA certification and experience in multifamily properties.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years maintenance experience required or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• College degree preferred.
• HVAC and/or EPA certification preferred.
• Previous multifamily experience preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs, troubleshoots systems, and completes preventative maintenance.
• On-site basic repairs including HVAC systems, appliances, water heaters, electrical and plumbing.
• Available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day when scheduled.
• Train Groundskeepers and entry level Maintenance Technicians.
• Inspects systems and documents work and quality of service.
• Maintains inventory and records maintenance requests and responses.
