Job summary

Envolve Client Services Group is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician to support apartment communities across the southeastern United States. You will perform repairs, troubleshoot and conduct preventative maintenance on building systems, appliances, and equipment, and respond to emergency calls as needed.

The role requires hands-on repair skills, knowledge of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, and the ability to move heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years maintenance experience required or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• College degree preferred.
• HVAC and/or EPA certification preferred.
• Previous multifamily experience preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs, troubleshoots systems, and completes preventative maintenance.
• On-site basic repairs including HVAC systems, appliances, water heaters, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day when scheduled.
• Assist in training Groundskeepers and entry level Maintenance Technicians.
• Troubleshoots property systems and oversee repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance to winterize facilities and maintain pool equipment and chemical balance.
