Olen Living in Henderson, NV is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to care for our Mariposa Flats community. The role covers apartment upkeep, turnovers, HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and strong resident service.

You will work full-time on-site, with overtime as needed, and must bring basic hand tools, a high school diploma, and 1–2 years of related experience. We value teamwork, reliability, and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of related maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers.
• Must supply personal hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform apartment maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
• Assist with preparing vacant units for occupancy.
• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Respond to emergency calls after hours as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe community grounds.
