Responsibilities

• Manage the occupied service request process with quality control.
• Coordinate make-ready turns for vacant units and schedule maintenance.
• Oversee work orders, documentation, and vendor management.
• Maintain inventory, stock, and parts weekly.
• Perform monthly preventive maintenance inspections and repairs.
• Maintain exteriors, curb appeal, and common areas.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.
