Morgan Properties is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for Hilton Village in Hilton, NY. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall and carpentry, and perform preventative maintenance to keep systems reliable. Qualifications

• Experience maintaining apartment communities or related facilities.
• Able to diagnose issues and determine when to escalate or seek guidance.
• Owns repairs from start to finish and takes responsibility for outcomes.

• Works well in a team and supports others.

Responsibilities

• Handle resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, carpentry, and general maintenance issues.
• Stay ahead of breakdowns with preventative maintenance on building systems.
• Get apartment homes move-in ready through quality make-ready work.
• Keep grounds and common areas safe, clean, and looking sharp.
• Work side by side with teammates to deliver a resident experience people talk about.
• Take your turn in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Pitch in on snow removal and weather-related emergencies when needed.

Morgan Properties is looking for an experienced Maintenance Service Technician to join our team at Hilton Village, a well-kept 234-unit apartment community in Hilton, NY. If you're hands-on, enjoy figuring out what's actually wrong instead of patching over it, and want your work to be the reason residents are proud of where they live, let's talk.

Schedule & Compensation

• $23.00-$26.00 per hour
• Monday-Friday- 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• On-call rotation required

What You'll Do

• Handle resident service requests promptly and professionally

• Has previous apartment maintenance or related maintenance experience
• Can troubleshoot independently and knows when to elevate
• Owns their work from start to finish and stands behind every repair
• Communicates honestly and professionally with residents, vendors, and teammates
• Wants to be part of a team where people genuinely look out for each other
• Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Is available to participate in the on-call rotation
