Qualifications

• Experience with residential multifamily property maintenance preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC, electrical and plumbing experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain residential apartment homes and common areas.
• Perform repairs in apartments and on the property.
• Install tile and laminate flooring.
• Assist in on-call emergency response as per policy.
• Manage turnover of vacant units and related repairs.
